Chef Justin Maurinus, CEC, has been in the restaurant industry for nearly 15 Years.
Starting off as a dishwasher in his hometown of Rochester, NY, Justin has been in love with food and cooking since he was a child. He attended the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary school in New Hampshire in 2004. After that he started cooking at Platinum Level Private City Clubs, Country Clubs, and the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Naples, FL. He has worked under several accredited Master Chefs and has held various sous chef positions under each.
Justin has also competed and medaled in ACF sanctioned competitions in Hot Food one hour competition and Cold Buffet platters, medaling in each category. Also, he is Serve-Safe Certified (Food Handler Certification), Certified Executive Chef from the American Culinary Federation, and certified through the Federation of Dining Room Professionals.
His True joy is cooking for family and friends at special occasions or just simple dinners. Justin is very knowledgeable in all areas of cooking and ethnic cuisine. He enjoys researching and being challenged by new ways of cooking, popular diets, and methods of preparation.
Today, he would be honored to sit down with you and discuss damily meal plans, private and romantic dinners, cooking classes, hor d’oeuvres parties, and sporting event parties. We can create a memorable menu for any event.
