Chef Justin Maurinus, CEC, has been in the restaurant industry for over 15 Years.
Starting off as a dishwasher in his hometown of Rochester, NY, Justin has been in love with food and cooking since he was a child. He attended the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary school in New Hampshire in 2004. After that he started cooking at Platinum Level Private City Clubs, Country Clubs, and the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Naples, FL. He has worked under several accredited Master Chefs and has held various sous chef positions under each.
Justin has also competed and medaled in ACF sanctioned competitions in Hot Food one hour competition and Cold Buffet platters, medaling in each category. Also, he is Serve-Safe Certified (Food Handler Certification), Certified Executive
Chef from the American Culinary Federation, and certified through the Federation of Dining Room Professionals.
